Service Description

We have a large facility perfect for any occasion! We have had weddings, receptions, birthday parties, business parties, and so much more held here. The possibilities are endless! We have many tables and chairs at your disposal and you are free to decorate how you like and move some of the smaller furniture around as long as it doesn't damage any furniture or fixtures and no large furniture pieces are moved. *Renter is financially responsible for any damages while renting* Setting up and tearing down is the responsibility of the renter and all furniture and fixtures moved for the event must be moved back to their original placement before leaving. *Additional fee will be charged to card on file if The Bearded Barista Staff has to move furniture and fixtures back to their original placement* We have 3 booking options: Facility - $364/hr This includes the use of the facility, the use of the stage, sound system and t.v. screen, and one staff member to help with the stage, sound system and t.v. screen, to lock up after you leave, and to sanitize the facility after you leave. Outside food and drinks allowed. Facility + Cashier & Barista - $388/hr This includes the use of the facility, the use of the stage, sound system and t.v. screen, and the full use of the drink stations including the two staff to run the register and make drinks for you (cost of drinks not included - must open tab or have guests pay for their drinks separately), and one staff member to help with the stage, sound system and t.v. screen, to lock up after you leave, and to sanitize the facility after you leave. Outside food and drinks allowed. Fully Functional Facility - $400/hr This includes the use of the facility, the use of the stage, sound system and t.v. screen, and the full use of the kitchen including the three staff to run the register, make drinks and food for you (cost of drinks and food not included - must open tab or have guests pay for their drinks separately), and one staff member to help with the stage, sound system and t.v. screen, to lock up after you leave, and to sanitize the facility after you leave. Outside food and drinks allowed.
